Alcohol Is A T-Downer

thetlab.comAlright , it’s time to break into reality and face the facts. The question was simple , “Is it okay drink alcohol and will it effect my testosterone levels?”. The answer is even more simple ;

no it’s not recommended to drink and it will plummet your testosterone levels.

Muscle and alcohol go together like a nazi general and a jewish rabi during world war II , they don’t mix quite well.

Several groups of researchers have looked at how alcohol affects body composition , and the results are fairly consistent in one are. People who drink the most alcohol have the highest waist to hip hip ratios , which means their waistlines are larger in relation to their hips than those who don’t drink. This happens basically for two reasons. First alcohol causes your body to store fat in your midsection which causes an estrogen boost. Second it also seems to have a wasting effect on thigh and gluteal muscles.

thetlab.comAnother study found that cortisol rose 61 percent higher when alcohol followed activity. Increased cortisol overtime may lead to muscle breakdown and hinder the normal increases in strength and muscle mass that you expect from weight training. So it’s safe to say that alcohol really only sidetracks T-maxing on a longterm scale. So the question you ahve to ask yourself is would you rather drink suds or become a stud?
