Testosterone concentrations are peaked during morning hours and concentration is substantially reduced at night during bedtime hours.

An increased muscle mass will also help support healthy testosterone. In several studies scientists concluded that greater cortisol levels were reduced in the morning following a spike in testosterone. This highly suggests that weight lifting exercises can produce optimal results during the morning hours due to higher testosterone and lower cortisol levels.

Scientists are opening up new doors about muscle building and testosterone levels effected by circadian rhythms as technology progresses. With the help of supplements and exercise , understanding one’s circadian rhythm can prove to be very helpful when maintaining healthy testosterone and being fit with muscle mass.
