  • You get less cholestrol. You don’t , infact it contains the same ammount as long as you eat the yolk.To break things down. Eating raw eggs will only get you 30% - 40% of the protein while cooked delivers 90% of the protein. Which means one cooked egg you eat contains more protein than 2 raw eggs.
