There are many foods that can enhance testosterone production , many which contain essential minerals that are needed to produce testosterone. This is probably one of the most important focuses of body builders. When on a deficiency of those minerals , one can buy supplements to make up for it however that does not mean that one can just take supplements and not eat natural food.

Studies show that a high protein diet will help aid the production of muscle mass and testosterone levels. Red meats are a great in moderation and have been proven to raise testosterone. The natural fat from meats are not as bad as you think , as studies point out that certain fats from meats , nuts and fish are actually very beneficial for testosterone production. But don’t be mistakened , this does not mean over eating cheeseburgers everyday would get you ripped. Keeping a balanced diet and excercise is they key to maintaining healthy testosterone levels.

Never go under your calory intake. When the body is starving there is no time to fornicate. Studies have shown that when the body undergoes starvation , testosterone production is at a hault. Not to mention that fat will be stored when the body goes into starvation mode and yes you guessed , more estrogen. Remember that it’s okay to pack 1 or 2 pounds but when your body fat percentage goes over 30% , that is when testosterone levels will drop dramatically.

Vegetabales are a good source of carbohydrates , not only that but have nutrients in it that may keep you healthy and boost testosterone. Veggies such as broccoli , cauliflower , cabbage are great because of a chemical within them called indole 3 carbinol. Indole 3 carbinol acts as a estrogen blocker , which can be a helpful ally in the fat loss battle. Be sure to get a few servings of vegetables everyday if you can as it will be helpful to maintaining healthy levels of testosterone and minimal levels of estrogen.
